- DRIVER’S AGE: Minimum 21 years old
- DRIVER’S LICENSE: A valid driving license held for at least one year is required
- MINIMUM RENTAL: One (1) day
- FUEL: Fuel consumption is payable by the renter
- TRAFFIC FINES: Tickets and attached administrative sanctions resulting from the violation of the Greek traffic law during rental period are solely the renters rensponsability.
- COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER. The rental is fully relieved from the responsibility for any damage to the EUROSTAR car on the condition that during the period of the rental, the renter will comply with all the regulations in force, as with the terms and conditions of this agreement.
- ACCIDENTS: In case of an accident or any other incident, renter is responsible immediately to:
– Call the police
– Obtain names and addresses of the eye witnesses
– Do not acknowledge third party claims
– Contact EUROSTAR immediately by phone or other means
– Obtain the relevant information from the third party or parties
– Complete and sign an accident report - FERRYING THE CAR: An advance written authorisation from EUROSTAR is required
