Rhodes in a day
If you rent a car for one day with Eurostar, you can comfortably see many of the island’s highlights. Rhodes is fairly compact, so a well-planned loop lets you combine historic sites, scenic villages, beaches, and viewpoints in about 8–10 hours.
Below is one of the best classic routes for a single day.
1. Old Town of Rhodes (Morning Start)
Start your day early exploring Rhodes Old Town, one of Europe’s best preserved medieval towns.
Highlights:
– Palace of the Grand Master of the Knights of Rhodes
– Street of the Knights
– Walk along the medieval walls
– Grab coffee in a small square before leaving

2. Lindos Village & Acropolis
Drive south along the coast to Lindos (about 1 hour drive).

Drive north to Anthony Quinn Bay.
Why visit:
– One of Rhodes’ most famous coves

Finish your day at Monte Smith overlooking the city.
Highlights:
– Temple of Apollo (Rhodes)
– Ancient stadium
